PLUGGABLE CONNECTION MODULE
The pluggable connection module is equipped with an RST® device connection and is already pre-wired internally. On site, it is simply connected to the appropriate, pre-assembled RST® cable—without any additional wiring work. This reduces potential sources of error to a minimum and saves a considerable amount of time during installation.
PRE-ASSEMBLED CABLE
The connection between the pluggable modules and the end user is made via a pre-assembled cable. This is prepared for a conventional connection on the output side and equipped with the appropriate socket part on the input side, which is connected directly to the connection or fuse module. The use of the pre-assembled cable saves a considerable amount of time during installation.

PODIS® CON 5G6 FLAT CABLE SYSTEM
The podis® CON 5G6 flat cable system is similar to the 5G16 system. It also consists of only a few components. In addition to the standard version, the system offers particularly low connection modules for greater space savings.

CONNECTION MODULE
The connection module for the podis® CON 5G6 flat cable is available in a standard version with a height of 74 mm and in a particularly low version with a height of 59 mm. This means that the system can be used even in the most confined spaces.
FASTENING ELEMENTS
The fasteners for the flat cable are usually placed at intervals of approx. 80 cm. They create a gap between the cable and the substrate and can be screwed in place or fastened using a setting tool.
FLAT CABLE
The podis® CON 5G6 flat cable has a bending radius of just 30 mm and is equipped with 5 x 6 mm² conductors.
CABLE END PIECE
The cable end piece is mounted at the ends of the flat cable. This serves to maintain IP protection and to comply with air and creepage distances.

The podis® CON 5G16 flat cable system is an innovative solution for decentralized energy distribution. The basic version of the system consists of just four components. This means that a flexible and expandable electrical infrastructure for network applications can be created with minimal logistical effort.
CONNECTION MODULE
The connection module with cable gland enables both the feed into the flat cable and the tap for the consumer. It can be placed and moved as desired. The penetration contacts create the connection between the flat cable and the outgoing round cable.

Das Anschlussmodul mit erhöhtem Deckel bietet die Möglichkeit für ein größeren Verdrahtungsraum, die Integrierung von REGs auf 3 TE oder die Integration eines zweiten Abgangs. Auch dieses Modul gibt es in steckbar oder mit Kabelverschraubung.
EINSPEISEMODUL
Das Einspeisemodul kann Alternativ zum Anschlussmodul für die Einspeisung in die Flachleitung eingesetzt werden, wenn ein größerer Querschnitt als 16 mm²eingesetzt werden soll. Das Einspeisemodul wird am Ende der Flachleitung anstelle eines Leitungsendstücks angebracht.

CONNECTION MODULE
The connection module with penetration contacts offers flexible output options in four directions.
FLAT CABLE
The combined flat cable offers five wires for network applications and two additional wires for communication, e.g., via AS-I or DALI.
PIPE END PIECE
The cable end fitting is mounted at the ends of the flat cable to maintain IP protection and the air and creepage distances.
FASTENING ELEMENTS
The 7G4 system uses quick-mounting plates for easy installation on and in the grid duct. The connection modules can be mounted without screws, nuts, etc.
CONNECTORS
The connectors for the podis® CON 7G4 flat cable enable pluggable connection for the respective requirement with two variants: one variant with cable gland and one with an M25 threaded socket. Both variants can be plugged onto the flat cable outlet or onto the add-on housing.
FLAT CABLE OUTLET
The flat cable outlet for podis® CON 7G4 is easily mounted on the flat cable, providing a pluggable connection to the flat cable for the consumer.
PRE-ASSEMBLED CABLES
The pre-assembled cables for podis® CON 7G4 are available in various versions and lengths, either with plug - free end, plug - connection module, connection module - connection module, or connection module - free end, ensuring that the right solution for connection to the flat cable is available at all times.
DISTRIBUTION MODULE
The distribution modules have a round cable input and, thanks to pre-assembled double-deck terminals, offer the option of distributing to up to two flat cables.
