RST® MICRO
The RST® MICRO is optimized for the interface between voltage or current sources and LED modules. It is also the ideal solution for dimming or DMX applications. Thanks to its rated values, network applications are no problem either.

RST®MICRO - THE SMALLEST CIRCULAR CONNECTOR IN THE WORLD!
With the RST® MICRO, we present a 2 to 3 pole miniature connector that meets the highest demands on design, function and flexibility with a diameter of less than 15mm. The small connector is in demand wherever miniaturization is an issue and therefore electrical connections have to be smaller and smaller.
Very small and inconspicuous, easy to operate without disturbing locking geometries, yet secured against tension and sealed - the RST® MICRO is the solution and also unique on the market in its compactness and functionality.
MINIMUM SIZE - MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
The 2-pole to 3-pole connector with a diameter of less than 15 mm is currently the smallest member of the RST® product family.
The connectors are mechanically coded, this means that only the male/female pairs that belong together can be inserted, and with the correct polarity.
The connectors are optionally available as barrier seal models, which prevents any spread of moisture through the cable system.

RST® MICRO FOR ILLUMINATED ADVERTISING AND DISPLAYS
With the RST® MICRO, you benefit from a miniature connector that provides a simple, clear and high-quality connection between ballast and luminaires, even in the smallest installation situations. Everything is installed in no time at all and protected against soiling and humidity.

RST® MICRO FOR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AND APPARATUS ENGINEERING
Pluggable interfaces also show their clear advantages when it comes to expansions or the replacement of defective devices. The extremely compact RST® MICRO, consisting of connectors and M14 device connections with corresponding sealing caps, is predestined for such tasks and offers unique performance in terms of IP protection.

RST® MICRO FOR TECHNICAL LUMINAIRES
The RST® MICRO is optimized for the connection between voltage and current sources and LED modules and is also ideally suited for dimming or DMX applications. Due to its insulation coordination, the miniature connector can even be used for main power sources.

RST® MICRO FOR DECORATIVE OUTDOOR AND EVENT LIGHTING
Especially in the outdoor area a professional electrical installation plays a crucial role. Difficult installation conditions often lead to errors, loss of protection and ultimately to lighting failure. With its compact, inconspicuous design combined with the highest degree of protection, the RST® MICRO is the strong partner for outdoor lighting. The optional water stop contributes to the increase in reliability.

ADDITIONAL PROTECTION DUE TO CONTACT SEALING
Available in a longitudinally sealed design, with each individual contact being internally sealed.

SECURE CONDUCTOR CONNECTION
Hexagon socket screws allow the screwdriver to be fixed and simplify the connection of the conductor considerably.

COMFORTABLE QUICK RELEASE FASTENER FOR CABLE
Attach sleeve and close with only half a turn.

PLUGGED IN QUICKLY AND SAFELY
Due to the locking mechanism, the connectors lock automatically when plugged together.

CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO EXISTING INSTALLATION SITUATIONS
Can be integrated in through holes of 14 mm and M14 x 1 thread.

MECHANICAL + COLOR CODING
All connectors are coded from factory on, so no misconnection is possible.

SAFETY LOCK
With 60 N the plug connection guarantees a secure hold. However, in case of unplanned high tension on the plug connection, it releases in order to avoid dangerous pulling of the conductors out of the contacts.

INSTALL FLEXIBLE
Distribution blocks have a central position in the electrical infrastructure. They are used for energy or signal distribution. The distribution blocks are wired in parallel or in serial.

PARALLEL VS. SERIAL
PARALLEL INSTALLATION
For mains applications with parallel wiring the black and light blue versions can be used, for extra-low voltage applications the slate gray versions are intended. These are each available in 2-pole and 3-pole.
SERIAL INSTALLATION
To realize serial installations, the pebble gray variants are used in 2- and 3-pole, whereby the PE is carried along in parallel in the 3-pole version.

PLUGGABLE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SAVES TIME AND MONEY
The RST® MICRO is part of the RST family. The universal pluggable RST® system - from the distributor to the electrical device - consists of factory assembled and tested components with a guaranteed constant quality of workmanship. This makes project and process sequences more calculable. Assembly times can be reduced by up to 70 percent compared to conventional installation. Total costs are reduced by 30 percent. The flexibly pluggable system also helps in the case of modification or expansion, because the installation can be adapted quickly and easily. Defective devices can be replaced in no time at all.

No, the installation instructions according to VDE0100 must be observed.
No, temporary immersion is possible according to the specification: 3m; 2h
Yes. The RST® range of screw terminal connections is suitable for connecting unprepared cables (without ferrules) to EN 60999-1.
The 2- & 3-pole connectors support cables with a diameter of 4 mm to 7 mm and the 4- & 5-pole connectors support cables with a diameter of 5 mm to 10.6 mm. Other diameters on request.
In practice, unfortunately, incorrectly executed installations, damage to the cables or temperature differences repeatedly occur. This creates harmful moisture inside the installation. At this point, built-in barriers help to stop the water from passing on. RST MICRO is available with this as an option, with each single contact featuring internal sealing. In practice, this is also called "Longitudinal waterproofing".
The thread of the 3-pole device connector is M14 x 1, the 5-pole thread is M16.6. A CAD model of the internal thread of the nut is available on request. However, we always recommend the use of the locknut.
The system is optimized for the interfaces between voltage and current sources and LED modules, and is also the ideal solution for dimming or DMX applications. Thanks to its rated values, network applications are no problem either.
