The work illumination and emergency lighting of a wind tower are crucial to the safety of maintenance personnel.
WORK ILLUMINATION
According to DIN EN 50308:2005-03 (Wind turbines - Protective measures - Requirements for design, operation and maintenance), work illumination must be installed in all areas where work such as maintenance has to be carried out.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING
According to DIN EN 50308:2005-03, it must be possible to vacate the plant safely in case of a power failure. Emergency lighting of at least 10 lux must be provided along the escape route.
*The luminaires we use meet the specific requirements concerning luminaires for emergency lighting in accordance with DIN EN 60598-2-22.
