KNIFE-EDGE DISCONNECT BLOCKS AND
FUSE BLOCKS
- For some applications with unstable current levels in the control loop, DIN rail terminal blocks with fuses may be the best solution to protect the machine from unexpected power surges and thus save maintenance costs.
- Knife-edge disconnect blocks also help users control voltage/current during operating cycles in control panels.
SPECIAL FUNCTION BLOCKS
- Some specific tasks in control panels require special functional terminal blocks.
- Those tasks may require different combinations at one connection point, including LEDs and/or resistors. This helps reduce wiring costs and save space in the control panel.
- Likewise, combined terminal blocks with several tiers and a ground function in one housing lead to overall cost and space savings.
REDUCTION JUMPERS
- With these jumpers, you can distribute signals or power to smaller terminals and vice versa easily without using a separate terminal, e.g., from 10 mm² to a 4 mm² terminal and from there to other 4 mm² terminals using the standard jumpers
- The biggest advantage is high flexibility due to the wide variety of different reduction jumpers
