Machine safety must be considered
– not just delivered.

“In my new role as Regional Sales Director DACH at Wieland Electric, I am delighted to welcome you to SPS 2025. Our booth showcases the full range of functional machine safety – from safety controllers and optoelectronic protection devices to terminal blocks.

Safe machines don’t happen by chance – they result from planning, partnership, and practical experience. That’s why at Wieland Safety, we think not only functionally but systemically: from the terminal block to the controller, from service to training.

A special highlight is our Experts Forum, where we discuss topics such as cybersecurity, the CE process, and the new Machinery Regulation. I particularly look forward to direct exchanges – both with familiar faces and new contacts.

Because only together can we shape the future of machine safety – safe, efficient, and sustainable.”

Daniel Kast, Regional Sales Director DACH

Cascading with SLC4 safety light curtains

Cascading (rear-impact protection) is important for simultaneously safeguarding access and presence areas (vertical and horizontal protective field). A base and a standard muting model act together as a light curtain and stop the machine in the event of an interruption. An additional advantage is a significant reduction in the amount of cabling required.

From risk assessment to CE conformity – we support you on the path to a safe machine. Benefit from our modular offering of safety services, certified training, modern safety systems, and intuitive software.

REVIEW

Before we look forward to the next exciting SPS, we take a look back at our successful appearance at the previous event.

Under the motto “safety alive”, we celebrated our return to SPS 2024 and clearly demonstrated how our safety systems enhance the efficiency and security of industrial plants.
A particular highlight was our interactive stations and cocktail bar, which drew many visitors and created a distinctive, welcoming atmosphere.
We look back on a dynamic exhibition with engaging discussions and strong interest in our systems and services.
“SPS 2024 was a fantastic comeback for us – the atmosphere at our stand was vibrant, and the enthusiasm of our visitors was truly overwhelming.” Dennis Münich, Head of PM Safety Systems & Services
